◼ ORDERS — CRS makes every attempt to process orders within one business day of receipt. However, delays may occur during peak season (March through June). If you require special handling or expedited shipping, please call 877-896-8442 (toll-free within the US) or 608-848-8781 for assistance.
After processing your order, CRS will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. You should save this Shipping Notification for your own records. The Shipping Notification will be deemed to be completion of your purchase contract. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the Shipping Notification will not form part of that contract. Completion of the contract will also not take place where we have notified you that we cannot accept your order.
CRS reserves the right to limit quantities on any order. CRS also reserves the right to deny or cancel any order at any time, with or without cause.
◼ ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS — You may change or cancel most orders prior to shipping without penalty. Some custom orders may incur a change or cancellation fee. CRS reserves the right to deduct any out-of-pocket costs from your refund. Please notify us immediately if you must cancel your order, and we will do our best to work with you to avoid cancellation fees.
◼ SHIPPING & HANDLING — The shipping and handling fees apply only to orders shipped to the contiguous United States. CRS reserves the right to charge actual shipping charges on oversized items and on bulk or bundled orders.
Orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. may require a special handling fee, plus the actual shipping charges, as determined by the weight and dimensions of the package(s).
For international orders, all duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery is assumed to a commercial location with a loading dock that can be accessed by a 48′ or 53′ semi-trailer. Lift-gates and/or box trucks are available for an additional fee, but must be requested at time of order. Remote locations may be subject to an additional access fee. Additional surcharges may apply depending on final delivery address and actual delivery requirements.
◼ TAXES — CRS is legally required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to states in which we have a business presence. Therefore, we must charge sales tax on orders shipping to Wisconsin, Minnesota and New Jersey (and New York because it has nexus with NJ).
Sales tax will be computed on all orders without a valid tax exempt certificate. If you are tax exempt or a reseller, we will remove or refund the tax upon receipt of the appropriate tax exemption or reseller’s certificate.
◼ PAYMENT – CRS accepts several different types of payment. A valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), and checks are most common. Orders placed by check will require receipt and successful deposit of the check before being processed. Payment via Purchase Order is available to government entities and pre-approved organizations. Please call 877-896-8442 (toll-free within the US) or 608-848-8781 for placing an order using a Purchase Order, wire transfer or other payment methods.
We will process your credit card for the full amount due, including any additional shipping or surcharges, prior to shipping your order. If the product you ordered is on backorder or not immediately available for some reason, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and your credit card will not be charged. You will have the option of cancelling your order without penalty.
◼ RETURNS — New, unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (excluding custom orders). Products should be returned in their original packaging, if possible. You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. We recommend insuring your package for its full value. We cannot accept shipments sent COD or collect. Please call 877-896-8442 (toll-free within the US) or 608-848-8781 for a Return Authorization and the appropriate address before shipping it back.
The value of the returned product(s) will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned products.
CRS reserves the right to authorize or deny product returns beyond 30 days. If the product is returned after 30 days, any corresponding refund will be issued as a credit toward a future purchase. Custom products are not returnable.
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and original shipping and handling will not be refunded on refusals.
If the refusal or return is due to an error by CRS please call 877-896-8442 (toll-free within the US) or 608-848-8781 within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. If it is our error, we will handle the return shipping.
◼ DAMAGED ITEMS — In the event an item arrives with clear proof of damage due to shipping, you the customer are responsible for claims processed with the shipping company. We recommend you take a digital photo of the package exactly as it was delivered, before unpacking it. Take additional digital photos of the damaged item(s), clearly showing the defect(s). Keep all boxes and packing materials while awaiting the results of your claim. ◼ WARRANTIES — The warranty for any product sold by CRS are through the product manufacturer. Warranty information will be provided with your product, or made available through the manufacturer’s website.
