Inside Sales Associate

Role and Responsibilities

CRS is adding a business to business (B2B) Inside Sales Associate to its team to work out of the Verona, WI office in the following capacity:

  • Receive and vet inbound sales leads; follow up via telephone, Microsoft Teams and email
  • Make outbound prospecting sales calls
  • Utilize Digideck presentation software  for prospecting and proposals
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with decision makers
  • Prepare and present proposals via telephone and Microsoft Teams
  • Refer larger clients and opportunities to Specialists
  • Track sales cycle progress through CRM software
  • Actively attend and participate in meetings
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Preferred Education, Background & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an inside sales, retail, or customer service role
  • Consultative, needs-based sales process experience in a B2B environment
  • Degree or courses in any of the following: Sales, General Business, Marketing, Communications.
  • Intermediate level skills with business and productivity software (email, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) essential to conducting general business tasks
  • Understanding of and/or proficiency in CRM software (Sugarsell), web browser, presentation software

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Physical activities: able to meet all physical requirements of routine office work
  • Level of physical requirements: Lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 40lbs
  • Level of visual acuity: viewing of computer screens for long durations
  • Environmental conditions: office locations; periodic trips to project sites and trade shows

Travel Needs:

Position will require infrequent overnight and weekend travel to various customers, offices, and trade shows
