Case Study: Lakeview Park

A destination within a destination. City of Middleton officials were looking for a signature event that would provide a unique experience for community members and build attraction to an already popular asset, all while working within financial and time constraints. As a solution, CRS collaborated with Schrieber Anderson and the engineers at Vortex Aquatic Structures to design a Splashpad that would accommodate their current budget and allow future vertical features to be added.

The Splashpad has been well-received by large crowds and was updated multiple years with the addition of new vertical features that that were part of subsequent phases. Through the incorporation of a Splashpad, Lakeview park now has a safe, interactive signature event within a signature park.
