Ryan Bjorklund Elevates Community Fun as CRS' New Recreation Specialist

Commercial Recreation Specialists (CRS) is excited to announce the addition of Ryan Bjorklund as its new Recreation Specialist for South Dakota and Nebraska territories.

Based in South Dakota, Ryan Bjorklund brings a wealth of experience and passion to CRS’ mission of bringing joy and vitality to communities through recreation. With a rich background as a public school teacher and Camp Operations Manager, Ryan’s lifelong commitment to the health and well-being of our youth communities is truly inspiring.

As a former camp operations manager at Lake Poinsett Waterfront, Ryan first encountered CRS as a client. His firsthand experience with CRS’s comprehensive solutions inspired him to join our movement to invigorate communities across South Dakota and Nebraska. Ryan levels with the business challenges his clients face simply because he has “been there and done that” as a former operations manager. This insight enables him to combine experience with innovation, helping clients handpick vibrant playgrounds, splashpads, mini golf courses, and shelter solutions that make a significant impact and help communities thrive.

Additionally, Nick Stacey joins CRS as an energetic new Project Coordinator. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Marketing, Nick brings a dynamic combination of academic knowledge and practical experience in event planning and coordination. In his role at CRS, Nick will tap into his meticulous attention to detail and superior customer service experience to assist the operations team in delivering exceptional community projects, including splashpads, mini golf courses, playgrounds, shelters, and more. From the point of dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s to the moment CRS’ clients unveil their new amenity, Nick will be the bridge of communication between recreation specialists, contractors and clients alike.

With the addition of Ryan and Nick, CRS continues to strengthen its ability to deliver innovative and engaging recreational solutions. Their contributions will be instrumental in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
