Waterfront Installation Technician

Role and Responsibilities

CRS is adding a Waterfront Services Technician to its team. The Waterfront Services Technician will work out of the Verona, WI office and report directly to the Waterfront Technical Services Manager:

  • Install inflatable floating aqua parks in lakes, ponds and ocean settings (spring)
    • Park example: https://crs4rec.com/project/bear-paw-beach-adventure-island/
    • Unbox, inflate, and assemble inflatables in accordance with the applicable park design layout
    • Position and install various sizes and types of anchors
    • Connect inflatable products to corresponding anchor lines
  • Assist in the process of removing and winterization of inflatable aqua parks (fall)
    • Conduct deep cleaning of inflatable products at the end of the season
    • Deflate, fold, and bag inflatable products for winter storage
  • Interface with customers on answering questions, creating and communicating quotes, etc
  • Perform repair and maintenance services to inflatables, both on site and in a warehouse setting
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Required Education, Background & Skills:

  • At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree a plus
  • Keyboarding skills & proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Strong swimming skills, diving, lifting 100+ lbs
  • Outdoor physical labor with infrequent office work
  • SCUBA a plus but not required

Travel Needs:

This position requires sustained seasonal overnight and weekend travel to customer’s locations during two main seasons in spring and fall. Travel logistics are coordinated by the company and related expenses are covered by the company.
