Service – Warehouse, Inventory & Repair Supervisor (Wisconsin)

Purpose: This position’s primary functions include executing warehouse operations, repair work on commercial inflatable products and other special projects. Other responsibilities and projects could be earned and/or assigned for the right employee.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Intake customer repair requests; analyzing photos & gathering pertinent background information
  • Inspect, diagnose, & determine best course of action for repair requests based on photos & customer description
  • Generate service work & freight estimates
  • Upon customer acceptance of repair and freight quote, coordinate the pickup for products needing repair
  • Conduct repairs to inflatable equipment
  • Complete repair work report & present to customers
  • Arrange & coordinate shipping repaired produczts back to customer
  • Document the entire repair cycle using the Sugar CRM software
  • Maintain parts inventory; order parts, supplies, or equipment from vendors as needed
  • Pick, pack & ship outgoing orders ranging from small boxed products to palletizing larger orders
  • Receive deliveries, inspect for damage, approve or decline shipments; introduce approved shipments into inventory
  • Maintain a supply of shipping pallets
  • Preserve a clean, organized warehouse
  • Perform light forklift duties
  • Actively attend & participate in meetings
  • Special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
  • Preferred Education, Background & Skills:
  • At least 18 years old & have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be interested in and good with hands-on/physical work
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
