Service – Warehouse and Inflatable Repair Associate (Wisconsin)

Commercial Recreation Specialist (CRS) is adding a Warehouse and Inflatable Repair Associate to our team. CRS specializes in recreation products and services designed specifically for commercial clients.  The Warehouse and Inflatable Repair associate will focus on executing warehouse operations & commercial inflatable product repairs.

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Intake customer repair requests; analyzing photos & gathering pertinent background information
  • Inspect, diagnose, & determine best course of action for repair requests based on photos & customer description
  • Generate service work & freight estimates for repairable products
  • Upon customer acceptance of repair and freight quote, coordinate the pickup for products needing repair
  • Conduct repairs to inflatable equipment
  • Complete repair work report & present to customers
  • Arrange & coordinate shipping repaired products back to customer
  • Document the entire repair cycle using the Sugar CRM software
  • Maintain parts inventory; order parts, supplies, or equipment from vendors as needed
  • Pick, pack & ship outgoing orders ranging from small boxed products to palletizing larger orders
  • Receive deliveries, inspect for damage, approve or decline shipments; introduce approved shipments into inventory
  • Maintain a supply of shipping pallets
  • Preserve a clean, organized warehouse
  • Perform light forklift duties
  • Travel & assist on waterfront installations, take downs & on-site repair
  • Actively attend & participate in meetings
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor


Preferred Education, Background & Skills:

  • At least 18 years old & have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity using wide variety of hand & power tools
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Physical/Environmental Requirements: 

  • Keyboarding, grasping, talking, hearing, lifting 50+ lbs, swimming, sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, seeing
  • Level of visual acuity: frequently required to view up-close details, typically small in size


Travel Needs

This position will occasionally require limited overnight and/or weekend travel.


FSLA Exempt/Non-exempt Classification:

This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and not subject to the requirements for payment for any hours worked in excess of 40 in a week (overtime).  This position is expected to occasionally require hours in excess of 40 hours per week during seasonal needs, for business related travel or if related to a special project.
