Marketing Administrative Associate

If you think you have what it takes to become a CRS FunMaker, we’re looking for someone to join the fun as an Administrative Assistant who wants to join the fun on the Marketing Team. This role will work out of the Verona, WI office. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Marketing Lead in the following capacities:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Tradeshow coordination including but not limited to registration, booth layout and setup, booking travel arrangements, processing tradeshow leads in the CRM, preparing and mailing follow up correspondence post-show, and tracking details in Excel spreadsheets
  • Association management: ensure all benefits are realized, renew current memberships, analyze & recommend new membership opportunities, track information in Excel spreadsheets, and more
  • Organize, label & maintain inventory of vendor & internal collateral
  • Prepare mailers and send to customers
  • Order business cards, merchandise, and holiday gifts
  • Assist in binding sales presentations, flip books and for other similar needs
  • Maintain library of price lists, product information, photos, etc; archive old information
  • Make changes to the website including price updates, product details, etc
  • Assist with customer & lead list building; update info in CRM, build lists for mailers & emails
  • Conduct market research and prospecting and prepare report of findings
  • Data entry of, vendors, campaigns and website orders into CRM system
  • Create and/or assist with presentations
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Additional Key Success Factors:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant in marketing, sales or customer service
  • Facility with a CRM system
  • Adobe Suite experience a plus

Required Education, Background & Skills:

  • College degree
  • 2+ years experience in similar positions for small to midsized businesses
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Very strong attention to organization and detail
  • Strong follow-through

  • Environmental conditions: office location; infrequent trips to customer sites and/or trade shows
  • Travel Needs: Position may require infrequent overnight and/or weekend travel
